Greg Marsden, Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds, UK

Greg is Professor of Transport Governance at the Institute for Transport Studies at the University of Leeds. He researches governance influences on the design and implementation of transport policies. He is co-chair of the WCTRS Special Interest Group on Governance and Decision-Making. He is currently researching the implementation of the Smart Cities Mission in India, the governance of new mobility systems in Europe and the US and how to accelerate low carbon transport policies.
